Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at as soon as possible. We will assist you in canceling the order if it has not been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


If the lighting fixtures you receive do not meet your expectations or have any defects, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.


We understand that sometimes you may need lighting fixtures in different sizes or styles. If you want to exchange the lighting fixtures for a different model or size, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist in making necessary arrangements.

Refund or Exchange Process:

  1. Contact: Initiate the return process by sending an email to, including your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Refund or Exchange: Once your return request is approved, we will verify within 3 business days and provide you with the return address.


Upon receiving your return, we will inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited back to your original payment method. If you have not received the refund within this timeframe, please carefully check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the refund, email for further assistance.

Shipping Fees:

a. Returns/Exchanges initiated by Hulight: If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup.

b. Customer-initiated Returns/Exchanges: If you are returning or exchanging lighting fixtures for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size error), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Ensure the product is securely packaged and includes a tracking number.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

Custom lighting fixtures with personalized engravings or modifications. Used, damaged, altered, or not in the original condition lighting fixtures.

Free shipping on all orders. Customers do not need to pay any additional shipping charges.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is authorized and verified, we will send you a confirmation email. We start preparing your order immediately after verification.

You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within 1-3 business days of processing once your order is fully processed.

Order processing time

This is the time that elapses between when a customer places an order and when the seller hands it over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after order confirmation/payment. ​
Our warehouse shipments operate during standard business hours Monday through Friday only. In these cases we will take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Due to logistics reasons, we currently only support logistics delivery in the United States, and other countries do not yet support delivery.

Order Track

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. We will provide a tracking number (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note: During events or holidays this may take longer.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Exceeded delivery time

International shipping may experience delays due to holidays. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email, we will promptly follow up on the shipping status and assist the customer to sign for it. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Cancel the order

If you contact us promptly after purchasing, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is completed but the package is not shipped, you can cancel the order before the item is shipped. We will refund your money in full.
Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
